The bowling center is actually quite nice. The lanes are smooth and the bowling balls roll well. Similarly the general service is good however the non groomed man with the glasses, long black hair and mustache is quite rude and does not provide help nor support when kindly asked hence ruining our experience. Our bowling lane took more than 30 seconds to reset the pins hence robbing us of game time (see the attached video). After explaining this to the service team (long black haired man) we were met with weak explanations: “I will fix it latter” or “the machine will turn off if it takes to long to reset the pins”. He was too lazy to give us the adequate help that is expected when being the paying guests. The overall experience would have been a lot of fun if this service member would have been more helpful and respectful of his guests.

Good experience.. I think it would be better if they had good and big area for tables because people near were so loud.... But amazing at all...
